A single moment; only once.
That thought has always stayed with me. A scene, an expression, a certain quality of light - sometimes everything comes together for only an instant. Look away, and it may never happen again. A moment, frozen in time.
Photography, for me, is about recognizing those moments
I’m drawn to the things that make me stop and look: an iconic place seen for the first time, the unexpected geometry of a city street, an animal caught in a moment of complete honesty, or an ordinary scene suddenly transformed by light and shadows.
Some photographs are planned. Many of my favorites are not. They begin with simply noticing something - and realizing that the moment in front of me is worth remembering.
The photographs collected here span different places, subjects and years, but they share something in common. Each represents a moment that caught my attention and made me reach for the camera.
Because sometimes you get only one chance to see it
A single moment; only once.
